why haven’t i recieved my webkinz pet of the month loot bag?

This month’s pet of the month is the polar bear. Today is december 1st. I just adopted my polar bear on my account today. Why haven’t I have received the pet of the month loot bag? I got the normal adoption gift but I haven’t gotten the loot bag. Why not?

    did you try going to your room?
    sometimes you have to go there.

    That seems to happen a lot with the Pet of the Month. I have heard that you shouldn’t adopt the Pet of the Month till the 5th, that way Ganz can have all the glitches worked. Call the phone number that another person suggested or e-mail Ganz. Pretty sad, they can’t get it together.

    This happened to me too! I’ve had the Polar bear for a while though. I’m guessing that it takes a little while for the loot bags to show up in your dock. I CAN NOT wait until i get mine though!! :)))

    your not suppose to adopt the pom until at least the 5th but defently not the 1st. even ganza says that. i just adopted my pom and got the new underwater floring thingy… your best bet is to contact them and next time you should wait to adopt it
